Cancelation Policy

A non-refundable deposit for all bookings is required to secure and hold the booking date. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment to make these changes. You deposit will be transferred or held for your next appointment. If you are feeling unwell on the day of your booking or are displaying any symptoms, I reserve the right to refuse your application and a credit note valid for 6 months will be provided. BY PAYING A BOOKING DEPOSIT, YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
